Too many people come
to work and just ‘fit in’. They fill in
a slot; do a fair days work for a fair days pay. They sit in their
own work space and go to potentially tedious meetings. It can be rare
for anything interesting to happen. We have developed a
modular programme that will: Equip people
with knowledge and skills so that they understand what needs to be
done to help your organisation to thrive Help them to think as
entrepreneurs so that they identify real cost savings or ideas that
add value to your business Give them a set of
tools so that they are able to engage their people, to spread the
word, start a movement, get things moving Enable them to
understand and even challenge the existing plans for the business Our experience of this
programme has been really rewarding. We take people who are not the
most senior in the company but we provide them with the skills and
knowledge we would expect our executives to posses. We then challenge
them to work on a project that will either add value to the company
in someway and/or to reduce the costs for the business.. The final
part of this programme involves the participants presenting their
projects and ideas to a collection of senior and executive managers.
The results are always outstanding with ideas that result in
impressive income streams, increases in customer service or
impressive cost savings. This is one programme which really is self
evaluating as the business benefits clearly outweigh the investment. For more information
