  • To help the support function add value and to be seen as a key component of business strength

  • To reduce the chance of corporate mud-slinging and random budget cuts


Many support functions suffer from a common problem. They are seen as peripheral to the main business and they are often an easy target when the CEO calls for a budget saving. As one business manager was heard to say when walking through a support function office recently ‘Good morning - and how are the overheads this morning?’


We have designed a workshop specifically for support functions that will:
