Adam has 14 years facilitation experience on personal and team development programmes for a variety of senior private and public sector clients. He has held board director positions and has an interest in personal impact and role modelling. He works both as an associate facilitator for a number of organisations and is partner in his own technology business.

Adam graduated from University of Reading with a BSc degree in Land Management and Development and, with an interest in the built environment, began his career in facilities management. He progressed over 12 years to Operations Director at The Leadership Trust during which time he trained as a facilitator and worked on the Trust’s full range of open and bespoke leadership development programmes.

In 2011 Adam started his own business White Orca; a technology business that helps organisations to get the most from their information. He splits his time between delivering projects for the organisations growing client base and delivering top team facilitation on an associate basis.

Expertise

Adam’s facilitation skills lie in helping individuals to understand their impact on others and how they can role model behaviours and attitudes that get the best results. He has worked with senior staff and top teams in clients such as British American Tobacco, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young and latterly Birmingham Community Health Care NHS Foundation Trust. Adam was also part of the delivery team for a 360 degree coaching programme for entrepreneurs and business leaders in Mid Lothian through Scottish Enterprise.

Adam WinterIn his spare time Adam can be found with his 3 year old daughter Molly, out on their bikes or when ever possible skiing in the Alps. He is engaged to Lisa and lives in Worcester.
