Alyse’s coaching style

Her philosophy is grounded in positive psychology and a belief that creating the conditions for people to think well unleashes their energy and potential. She combines attention, sensitivity and challenge enabling clients to go beyond the surface and challenge assumptions which drive your behaviour and stimulates you to find your own solutions – the “so what?”. She works flexibly in the moment to surface and respond to what is happening in the room.

What clients say

“Attentive and incisive. She gets to the core issues quickly”. “She is collaborative, intuitive, and tough when required but also shows strong empathy where appropriate” “her real skill lies in her ability to really connect with people and allow them to find the answers for themselves. Her flexible, personal approach allowed me to achieve results that speak for themselves” “I have learned a lot […..] I now have a different perspective and have stepped up a level to business leader”.
