Kim Newton-Woof

For more than 15 years, Kim’s been fascinated by the challenge of bringing strategy to life, encouraging genuine engagement, and the ‘art’ of change. She’s worked in partnership with leaders and managers as a collaborator, consultant, facilitator, agent for change and occasional agitator in both the public and private sector.
Kim specialises in working with organisations that are struggling to bring out the best in their business and its people. Her expertise is in organisation and leadership development, coaching and facilitation; her passion is what’s possible through people. Kim’s approach is to work in partnership with top teams and their organisations to create small changes with big impact through meaningful, relevant development and design experiences.

With early career success as a teacher, communications expert and project manager, Kim developed her skills as an OD consultant in Higher Education, managing organisation-wide portfolios of activity as well as centralised leadership development programmes, business model redesign and frameworks for transformation and culture change. Subsequently she was recruited to support the delivery of a £multi-million change programme for a water utility company before setting up as an independent consultant, facilitator and coach in 2017.

Kim has a BA (Hons) with Qualified Teacher Status and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Her clients also benefit from her experience of Nancy Kline’s ‘Time to Think’ process, accreditation as an Insights Discovery practitioner and ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring.

And Finally…

She lives in Southampton with her husband.
